NCG Hospitality, a national hotel ownership, development and operations company, officially broke ground on Moxy Glendale this week.

This new five-story, 153-room hotel at the northwest corner of 95th Avenue and Maryland Avenue joins NCG Hospitality’s existing three-hotel Glendale campus and is slated to open in summer 2027.

Developed in partnership with Porter Brothers Construction and PK Architects, with interior design by The Society, Moxy Glendale will feature the brand’s playful energy and bold design.
