Voters were up bright and early, making their voices heard on Election Day in Cumberland County.
At about 9:30 a.m., the Camp Hill School District Administration Building had a steady number of voters coming and going from the parking lot.
While a wide array of issues were drawing many voters to the polls in Cumberland County, the Camp Hill mayoral election was the focus of most conversation in that borough.
Republican Mark Simpson, is Camp Hill mayor, a post he has held for 16 years and he is also its fire chief. His opponent, Democrat Mercedes Evans, has spent four years on the borough council.
Sherry Bowman, a volunteer poll worker, said she is ready for change. Bowman noted she likes Simpson, but believes the borough would benefit more from new leadership.
