Injuries have been reported following the fiery crash of a cargo plane in the United States' southeast.
The United Parcel Service (UPS) plane took off from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in Kentucky and reached an altitude of 175 feet before plummeting to the ground shortly after, at about 5.15pm local time.
The UPS said three of its crew members were on board the plane, but an update has not been provided on their condition.
Injuries have been reported by the Louisville Metro Police Department but with no further details.
According to Flightradar24, the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 F was bound for Honolulu.
