First, he focused on violent offenders with felony warrants, then getting sexual offenders off the streets, and now, as part of Dallas Police Chief Daniel Comeaux’s commitment to fighting violent crime, DPD has arrested more than 500 domestic violence offenders in its latest operation.
"Combatting violent crime has been DPD’s priority since day one of me arriving," Chief Daniel Comeaux said.

In their newest targeted enforcement effort, Dallas Police arrested 539 suspects in October for domestic violence offenses and warrants.
Operation Safe Families is the third operation under Chief Daniel Comeaux’s leadership to face violent crime head-on, putting hundreds of offenders in handcuffs.
