Attorney Paul Hertz asserts the new charge involves one of the ‘John Does’ listed in a civil lawsuit Hertz filed against Celina ISD and Elliott in late October.

“[The new charge] is a direct result of a report by a child by one of the affected minors,” said Hertz during an interview on Friday. “Specifically, the one who was made to do Jumping Jacks naked by William Caleb Elliott.”
