A ruptured iron pipe in a historic building in downtown Orlando has caused water to pour inside, forcing an evacuation and prompting cleanup efforts on Tuesday.

The building is on 100s. Orange Ave, which sits above the popular underground bar Tangarey's.

Exclusive video shows water surging down the windows and walls.

People working here during the clean-up told WESH 2 that the bar itself did not flood, but there were fire crews and inspectors on scene trying to figure out what caused the flooding.

Sophia Bria, who works downtown, said, "It was just spilling. It was like was just unbelievable. I just stood there like, 'Is this really happening?'"
