REDMOND, Wash. — ICE is getting closer to Seattle. In Eastern Washington, ICE was arresting people in Issaquah, and now Redmond.

On Monday, a video surfaced showing a man in an orange hoodie surrounded by unmarked cars with red and blue flashing lights. He’s patted down by what appear to be immigration agents wearing tactical vests labeled “police.”

This is one of several ICE arrests that happened Monday in Redmond at the Bear Creek Village shopping center. Before this arrest, another took place in the same area, outside Panera Bread.

“This is my dad’s truck. He was detained yesterday,” Angel said, pointing to a white pickup truck with the driver’s side window smashed.

Angel said ICE took his dad, Rigo, and his coworker.
