O'Connor leads mayoral race with majority of ballots left to count

Democratic Mayor Michael O'Connor leads in the city's general election after in-person Election Day results were posted, with the majority of all ballots left to count.

O'Connor had 1,304 votes to his Republican opponent Tom Trott's 815.
