HAPPY VALLEY Ore. (KPTV) - The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is seeking the public’s help in finding a 16-year-old who went missing from Happy Valley on Halloween.
ODHS says Payton White, who is in foster care, is believed to be in danger.
She is described as being 5-foot and 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and has a tattoo of a crown on her left forearm about 2 inches in size.
ODHS says she is known to frequent 82nd Avenue in both Clackamas and Portland, and has also made comments about traveling to California.
