The November 4th Joint General Election will put 17 State Constitutional Amendments before voters, including an amendment that would require the denial of bail under certain circumstances and several that would affect how taxes in the state would work. City council and school board seats will be decided in some communities and some school districts also have major school bonds on the ballot. Some, like Belton and Copperas Cove ISDs, are asking their communities for more than $100,000,000 in tax money. Coverage from KCEN in Waco, Texas.
