The Pittsburgh Steelers have released edge rusher K.J. Henry from their practice squad to make room for a flurry of moves they pulled off on Tuesday.

The Steelers signed Henry on October 10 but are now moving on weeks later.

The Philadelphia Eagles released Henry in early October after signing him for a day. A 2023 fifth-round pick by the Washington Commanders, Henry has been around the NFL since being drafted into the league.

He spent just one year with the Commanders before joining the Cincinnati Bengals. Over his career, he has played with the Commanders, Eagles, Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, and Cleveland Browns, yet has been unable to find a stable spot in the NFL.
