Las Cruces Public Schools will distribute meal kits to children ahead of the winter break.

The LCPS Nutrition Services team will begin handing out the kits at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2025, at the Nutrition Services warehouse located at 2101 Tashiro Drive in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

All children ages 1 to 18 qualify to receive two meal kits, each containing five self-stable breakfast and lunch meals, for a total of 10 breakfasts and 10 lunches. Children must be present in the vehicle at the time of pickup.
