Rain returns Friday night

A line of showers and storms will develop over middle Tennessee Friday afternoon and evening, giving that part of the region a chance for strong to severe storms.

This line will likely weaken Friday night into early Saturday morning as it moves in and through the Tri-Cities. Rain will be likely through the early morning hours of Saturday.
