Jammu, Nov 5:Senior IAS Officer Shaleen Kabra, was assigned the charge of FCR & Pr Secretary, Revenue on mid night of 4th November, 2020 after immediate removal of Pawan Kotwal from both the posts.

However , even after 5 years, People still are awaiting for positive outcome on Gair Mumkin Khad Lands , even after LG, Manoj Sinha approved his ACs Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022, which was followed by Govt Order dtd 4th Feb 2022 by which DCs were directed to complete the exercise in 03 months and another ACs decision dated 25th July 2024.

Only few cases have been cleared.
