A staple of the Jersey Shore’s dining and entertainment scene for over five decades is up for grabs for nearly $7 million, complete with the restaurant’s iconic lobster emblem.

The Oar House Pub in Sea Isle City is for sale with a $6,999,999 price tag, according to a listing by Long & Foster .

The sale price includes the purchase of the business, the building, specified contents and the liquor license, according to the listing.

The buyer also gets the giant lobster emblem that adorns the front of the building.

Located on the bay at 42nd Street, the establishment began in 1970 as The Lobster Loft, according to the statement.

The building that houses the Oar House dates back to 1910 in the Fish Alley neighborhood.
