WAPAKONETA, Ohio — Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing teenager.

The Wapakoneta Police Department said 15-year-old Kale Hook was last seen by his mother Tuesday evening. He was wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants and black Hey Dude shoes.

Police said Kale left home without his cellphone, and his whereabouts are unknown.

Anyone with information about Kale's location is asked to contact the Wapakoneta Police Department.
