Cleveland Heights residents elected incumbents Tony Cuda and Craig Cobb and newcomers Jessica Cohen and Joseph Dewitt-Foy to city council in the Nov. 4 general election, according to final, unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
