HENRY CO., Ill. (KWQC) - Jamison Fisher pleaded not guilty to murder charges in connection to the disappearance and death of Trudy Appleby.
At the motion hearing on Wednesday, Fisher entered his plea and asked a judge to approve an associate counsel and an investigator to be appointed at the county’s expense.
The judge approved an associate counsel but said no to the investigator on the motion.
Fisher will appear in court next for a pretrial on Dec. 19, according to court records.
Fisher is facing three counts of first-degree murder and one county of concealment of a homicidal death in connection with the 30-year-old disappearance of Trudy Appleby .
On Monday , Fisher reached a plea deal on unrelated drug charges in Scott County.
