Romeo Lavia cut a frustrated figure after picking up another injury for Chelsea.
The midfielder started alongside Andrey Santos in the Blues midfield in their Champions League clash at Qarabag on Wednesday evening.
However, just three minutes into the match, he went down holding his leg and quickly made his way off the pitch.
Lavia appeared upset with the setback and threw a bottle in anger as he headed for treatment.
Moises Caicedo was brought on to replace the Belgian, who could be set for another spell on the sidelines.
Chelsea took the lead on 16 minutes when Estevao Willian fired in a left-footed effort at Qarabag goalkeeper Mateusz Kochalski's near post.
