Conor McGregor will not reprise his role as ruthless villain Knox in the sequel to Road House.
But several MMA fighters, as well as past and present UFC stars, are expected to make an appearance on the big screen for the film starring Jake Gyllenhaal as scrapper-turned-bouncer Dalton.
Michael Chandler , Dustin Poirier , and Michael Page have all been recruited to make their acting debuts, while Stephen Thompson , Tyron Woodley , and Rico Verhoeven will return to Hollywood for the film.
According to Deadline, the sequel will include all six professional fighters , with former UFC welterweight Jay Hieron set to reprise his role as Jax Harris.
McGregor made his acting debut in a remake of the 1980s classic Road House last year, claiming the role made him the highest-paid
