WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 37-year-old Watertown man is accused of driving under the influence of marijuana with a child in the vehicle.

According to the Watertown Police Department, they arrested Jordan Haller and charged him with a felony count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. Haller also faces charges of child endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Authorities allege that Haller was high on marijuana when he was driving with a child in the vehicle on August 31, while on Washington Street.

Haller was arrested at his home on Tuesday.
