A prominent Hollywood music venue is closing early next year, though the owners indicate they plan to return in a new location in 2027.

The Hotel Café is ending its 25-year run at 1623 N. Cahuenga Blvd. in early 2026, the venue announced on Instagram.

TimeOut noted that while no official closing date has been announced, the venue's website lists shows through Dec. 16.

"It is hard to put into words what this space and the last quarter century have meant to us, and to all of you who have filled it with songs, stories, and life. The Hotel Cafe has been more than a venue. It has been a family, a refuge, a launchpad for countless careers, and a place where magic regularly happens," the venue's owners said.
