The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is looking to speak with the occupants of a vehicle that may have information about a sexual assault that occurred in August.
On August 22 between 11:15 and 11:30 p.m., a female complainant was walking in the area of Whyte Avenue and 107 Street when she was attacked from behind and sexually assaulted.
The female screamed and a vehicle travelling down 107 Street stopped to assist, with the suspect fleeing in an unknown direction. The occupants of the vehicle offered the woman a ride out of the area.
Detectives have not been able to identify the vehicle in question but are hoping to speak with the occupants of the vehicle who assisted the woman on the night of the assault. These individuals, or anyone who knows them, are asked to come forward to the polic
