MIAMI, Okla. — Pam Satchell, food and beverage manager at Prairie Moon Casino in Miami, said she had long thought the casino’s bar was in the wrong place.

Two years ago a new general manager came on board who agreed with her vision and allowed for a major renovation of the casino that moved the bar from near the center of the casino to the side, and moved it closer to the dining area. ×
