MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A convicted felon was taken into custody and charged after being caught with drugs and guns on Tuesday in Memphis.

Brandon Adams, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, employment of a firearm during the commission of dangerous felony, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver/sell marijuana, and possision of drug paraphernalia to wit scale.

Police seized multiple guns, magazines, and marijuana.

Adams is expected to appear before a judge Thursday.
