Barbara Jankavski, a Brazilian influencer known as the “Human Barbie” for undergoing 27 plastic surgeries, died over the weekend at age 31, authorities said Wednesday.

A local attorney told police he and Jankavski took illicit substances together in Sao Paulo on Nov. 2, then he realized she was not moving, according to a police report obtained by CNN Brazil.

Jankavski was wearing only her underwear when she was found dead , cops said. She also had an injury to her left eye and marks on her back, the outlet reported.

The attorney was identified by police as 51-year-old public defender Renato Campos Pinto de Vitto. He told investigators he’d hired Jankavski for “sexual services” on the date of her death.
