Loveland will commemorate Veterans Day Tuesday, Nov. 11, with the annual bell-ringing tradition and a parade.
Bell-ringing starts at 4 a.m., as veterans will drive through the city streets ringing a bell, a Loveland tradition since the 1950s. Bell-ringing runs through 6 a.m.
At 6-10 a.m., breakfast will be served at the Associated Veterans of Loveland building at 305 N. Cleveland Ave. Uniformed military eat free; the charge is $5 for other adults and $3 for kids.
The 2025 parade will honor the memory of Tony DuMosch.
The start of the parade will be marked by an F-16 flyover from Buckley Space Force Base. The parade starts at 11:11 a.m. in downtown Loveland with a route that takes Fourth Street west from Railroad Avenue, turns north on Grant Avenue to Fifth Street, then north on Garfiel
