A jury in Brevard County has indicted two men on murder charges in the shooting death of a 15-year-old girl in Cocoa.
The shooting happened on Oct. 6, when one vehicle pulled up and blocked in another vehicle that was parked outside of a restaurant.
Multiple shooters then got out and opened fire on the parked car, Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey said.
Ka'Ryah Duncan, 15, was killed as she sat in a car outside Anchors Seafood & Chicken on Clearlake Road.
Jonterich Smith, 21, and Xazavier Butler, 20 were also indicted on two counts of attempted first-degree murder while inflicting great bodily harm for wounding two 18-year-old men from Palm Bay during the shooting.
The two wounded men had driven with Duncan to the restaurant where the three were waiting for a food order.
