KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Overcoming Believers Church is set to host its annual "Blessings on Bell Street" event on December 13, transforming the area into a winter wonderland with a carnival theme.

The event, which has been a staple in the community for over two decades, aims to provide gifts and meals to families in need during the holiday season. This year, the church expects around 1,500 attendees and is seeking community support through toy drives and food donations.

"I remember when Blessings on Bell Street used to kind of be a want that the community had.
