PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - A woman from Peoria has been found guilty of stabbing and killing 26-year-old Tenazisha Green on August 2023, according to the Peoria County State’s Attorney.

A Peoria County jury found 55-year-old Cathy A. Logan guilty in about 90 minutes after watching security camera footage of the incident.

On August 2023, Peoria Police officers responded to the Phillips Gas station on South Western Ave. in Peoria. There, they found Green on the ground with two other woman applying pressure to a stab wound.

Officers took over life-saving measures, but Green was pronounced dead later at the hospital.
