LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Fog is likely to be an issue for the morning commute on Thursday as we trend towards warmer weather late this week.
We’ll start Thursday with temps in the middle 50s for lows with some areas of dense fog. You may want to give yourself a few extra minutes for the morning commute and use caution on the roads. But fog will give way to afternoon sun and clouds and highs near 80 degrees.
This stretch of temperatures in the 80’s will start tomorrow and last through Saturday where we should be nice and warm.
The next cold front will push closer heading Friday into Saturday. Unfortunately, the front doesn’t look to bring much in the way of rain chances aside from an isolated shower. The better coverage of rain and downpours will be to our north and east, which means o
