WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Professional boxing makes it’s return to Wilkes-Barre at the Mohegan Fall Brawl.
A 12-bout pro boxing card featuring boxers from around the state, and around the world.
Chris Coyne hasn’t promoted a pro match in over a decade, but when he found a venue in Mohegan Pennsylvania, he couldn’t pass up the show.
“This show is covered with co-main events and main events. There's more talent on this show than we've had in six shows combined. When you have 16-0 fighters fighting 14-0 fighters, when you have 10-0 fighters with 9 knockouts… we're bringing guys in from as far as Puerto Rico and Buenos Aires, Argentina for this card,” said Coyne.
Kurt Scoby (18-1, 16 KO) of Duarte, California, who resides in Spring Brook Twp. serves as the events’ headliner. Ryan Wilczak (11-2)
