Poulsbo advisory vote supports possible fireworks ban

An overwhelming majority of Poulsbo voters are advising the city council to ban fireworks.

In addition to the mayor's office and three city council positions , the Nov. 4 election also polled voters about whether the city should pass an ordinance prohibiting the sale, possession and discharge of fireworks year-round within Poulsbo city limits. Properly licensed public displays would still be permitted.
