MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man was critically injured after a Hickory Hill shooting on Wednesday night.

Police said around 6:40 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 3400 block of Wild Rye Lane.

They said one man was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Officers said they do not have information about the suspect at this time, and this is an ongoing investigation.
