TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A man is fighting for his life following a shooting near 22nd and Craycroft in Tucson on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
The Tucson Police Department confirmed the victim was found shot in the 5600 block of East 26th Street.
The TPD said the man suffered life-threatening injuries, and one person was detained nearby.
The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
It has been a violent and deadly start to November in Tucson.
13 News has reported on six violent crimes that include four shootings, an armed carjacking, and a fight with weapons. In those incidents, four people were killed.
On Nov. 1, a person was injured in a shooting near First and Limberlost. The TPD said the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
