INDIANAPOLIS -- Pacers coach Rick Carlisle was ejected early in the third quarter of Wednesday's game against the Nets for arguing a call on a deflected inbounds pass.
Michael Porter deflected a pass from Pascal Siakam to start the half and officials ruled it was off Pacers forward Jarace Walker. On the very quickly ensuing possession, Porter hit a shot that was initially ruled a 3-pointer and then overruled to be a 2-pointer. Carlisle began arguing with the nearest official, received a technical and kept arguing until he got a second.
Pacers lead assistant coach Lloyd Pierce will lead the Pacers the rest of the game.
