MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - One man is fighting for his life after a shooting Wednesday evening at an apartment complex off Ridgeway Road in Hickory Hill.

According to the Memphis Police Department, the shooting call was received at 6:43 p.m. from the 3400 block of Wild Rye Lane at The Residence at Village Green Apartments.

Police say one man was found at the scene with life-threatening injuries.

He was sent to a local hospital in critical condition.

MPD reports that there is no suspect information to share at this time.
