CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Have you ever tried a Thanksgiving oyster? Come November, diners at a waterfront Charleston restaurant will have the chance to sample some.

Fleet Landing will introduce a new Thanksgiving-inspired oyster series starting Nov. 14.

Featured in the three-course oyster flight are pairings that reimagine holiday favorites with a Lowcountry twist.

Guests can try the Thanksgiving Tart, Thursday Classic, and Sweet Potato Pie.

The Thanksgiving Tart features a cranberry reduction with arugula crème fraiche topped with wasabi tobiko.

The Thursday Classic is a salty oyster topped with roasted turkey, sage gravy, turkey cracklin', and crispy collards.

Lastly, the Sweet Potato Pie features candied sweet potato puree, crushed graham cracker, and brûléeed honey fluff.
