The Indian women’s cricket team will meet President Droupadi Murmu in the national capital on Thursday morning. The world cup winning squad will depart for Rashtrapati Bhawan at around 10:15 AM IST, with the meeting and felicitation planned for 12 noon.

On Wednesday evening, the team, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, had an interaction with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence on Lok Kalyan Marg. During the felicitation, Modi congratulated the team, who were dressed in formal attire and wore their winner’s medals.
