NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) - Two arrests were made in a shooting that killed two people in New Haven back in April.
There was no information immediately available on the suspects.
Police said that the shooting happened on April 7th in the area of Winter Street just before 10 p.m.
One person was identified as 49-year-old Clifford Capehart of New Haven. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Life of the party. No hatred in his heart. He was a loveable guy,” said Sharky Dibbles, Capehart’s friend.
“This has to stop,” added Lord Nino, Capehart’s Cousin.
The other victim was identified as 39-year-old Keron Troutman from Hamden. He transported to a hospital where he later died.
Both men were found in the street.
