MORGANTOWN -- West Virginia University men's basketball coach Ross Hodge wants to establish pillars for his program, both on and off the floor.

He's got two tall pillars for the Mountaineers in North Texas transfer Brenen Lorient and UNC-Wilmington transfer Harlan Obioha.

Lorient and Obioha are listed as two of the tallest players on the WVU roster, with Obioha standing 7 feet. Lorient is tabbed as 6-foot-9.

They showed off their skills on Oct. 26, when the Mountaineers took on Wheeling in an exhibition in Morgantown.

The two combined for 33 points and seven rebounds. Obioha scored a game-high 19 points, while Lorient poured in 14 points.

In their first official game as Mountaineers on Tuesday against Mount St. Mary's, the duo produced 16 points and 15 rebounds. Lorient posted 11 poin
