COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) -- Good Thursday morning! We’re off to another chilly, clear start across the region, with temperatures settling in the 40s.
Enjoy another day of bright blue skies and sunshine as calm, quiet weather continues—for now. That’ll start to change as we head toward the weekend.
Tonight, expect clear skies and lows near 50°, with some spots dipping a bit cooler.
By late Friday evening, a frontal system moves in, bringing showers and a few storms. A couple of those could turn strong, packing winds up to 60 mph.
Saturday will feature a few isolated showers, with more stray showers possible Sunday as a stronger front approaches. That front ushers in a blast of cold Canadian air, dropping highs into the 40s and 50s by Monday.
By Tuesday morning, get ready for our first fros
