Mild weather continues

Temperatures will remain very pleasant today with highs in the mid 60s in the Tri-Cities, upper 50s in the mountains.

High temperatures will near 70 on Friday and Saturday.

Rain returns Friday night

A line of showers and a few storms moves in late Friday night through the early morning hours of Saturday. A few scattered strong storms are possible over middle Tennessee, while our strong storm chances remain very minimal.

Arctic chill arrives late this weekend

Our first arctic blast is coming on Sunday as a surge of very cold air moves into the region on Sunday.

Temperatures will drop fairly quickly from the 50s and into the 30s by Sunday evening. On Sunday night, lows will dip into the low to mid 20s with scattered light snow showers.
