Super Bowl-winning coach Mike Holmgren might get another shot at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Holmgren is one of nine coaches included in the semifinal stage of the process for the Class of 2026.

Holmgren was one of the five finalists , and the only coach, in the senior players, coaches and contributors category for the class of 2025. Only former Packers receiver Sterling Sharpe was elected from that group. No more than three can be elected from the coaches/contributor/seniors category and the winners must receive 80% of the votes.

Along with Holmgren, the nine include Bill Belichick, Tom Coughlin, Chuck Knox, Buddy Parker, Dan Reeves, Marty Schottenheimer, George Seifert and Mike Shanahan. Seven of the nine were among the semifinalists in 2024. Six of the coaches won at least one
