Drivers in Charleston will have free on-street parking for six Saturdays during the holidays with the annual "Citizen Appreciation Parking" resolution passed by City Council.
Parking in city-owned garages is already free on the weekends, from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and during City holidays.

Dec. 6
Dec. 13
Dec. 20
Dec. 27
Jan. 3
According to City Manager Ben Mishoe, the estimated revenue loss for the program is $13,800.
