ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Atlanta United is finalizing a deal to bring in Gerardo “Tata” Martino as its next manager, according to reports .
The Argentinean was the club’s first-ever manager, guiding the team during the 2017 and 2018 seasons. The Five Stripes won the 2018 MLS Cup in his last match with the club. They were the quickest expansion team to win an MLS title since the Chicago Fire won in their first season in 1998.
