John Lewis is urging customers to 'immediately stop' using a toy tray on a baby booster seat as it poses a 'choking risk'. The retail giant has issued an urgent product recall about the Maxi-Cosi Jay Plus Booster Seat removable feeding tray.
John Lewis said there is a potential issue with one of the toys on the tray as the wire on the tree could break, releasing acorns that cause a potential choking risk. The recall notice applies to product codes 31340401 and 31340402 and was sold in John Lewis stores between July 1st and October 23rd 2025.
