Russell Westbrook is unlike any other player in NBA history.

Now he's got one more record to prove it.

The one-time triple-double machine turned back the clock on Wednesday night against the Golden State Warriors . In leading the Sacramento Kings to victory, Russ put up 23 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists.

With the massive rebounding night, Westbrook passed Jason Kidd for the most rebounds by a guard in NBA history, according to the league's official social media .

Russ now has 8,734 rebounds and counting. Kidd finished his career at 8,725.
