MANCHESTER, N.H. —

The man accused of lying to a grand jury as part of the investigation into former Port Authority director Geno Marconi plans to plead guilty.

According to court documents, Bradley Cook will enter a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing government administration.

He will have to pay a $1,200 fine.

The decision to enter a guilty plea comes after Marconi pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge.

Marconi had to resign from his position and pay a $1,000 fine.
