ATLANTA — Voters will need to head back to the polls in December to cast ballots for the Atlanta City Council District 11 seat.
Candidate Wayne Martin, along with seven other contenders, appeared on the ballot. He received 33.23% of the vote while his opponent, Nate Jester, received 20.69%.
It made him the top vote-getter Tuesday night, but without clearing the 50% + 1 majority threshold for an outright win, he and Jester will have to go head-to-head in a runoff.
